## Getting to Novartis Campus

Our Campus is located in the northern corner of Basel, just minutes from the French and German borders. Our main entrance is easily accessible by public transport, bicycle or car.

The Campus may be closed at short notice for operational reasons.

Please note that the Novartis Pavilion has a separate entrance. Further information can be found further down on this page.

## Getting here by public transport



 



 From EuroAirport Basel (15 min travel time)



  

Take the Airport Express Bus PTT 50 to Kannenfeldplatz. Change to Tram 1 (direction Dreirosenbrücke) to the Novartis Campus stop. The campus entrance is across the street.



 

 

 



 



 By tram from Bahnhof Basel SBB (15 min travel time)



  

Take Tram 1 (direction Dreirosenbrücke, platform D) in front of the main station to the Novartis Campus stop. The campus entrance is across the street. Alternatively, take Tram 11 (direction St. Louis, platform H) to Voltaplatz.



 

 

 



 



 By tram from Basel Badischer Bahnhof (10 min travel time)



  

Take either Tram 6 (direction Allschwil) or Tram 2 (direction Binningen) to the Messeplatz stop. Change to Tram 14\* (direction Dreirosenbrücke) to the Novartis Campus stop. The campus entrance is across the street. Alternatively, Tram 21 operates directly via Messe to the Novartis Campus stop during morning and evening rush hours.



 

 

 



 



 

 





## Getting here by bicycle

There are multiple covered bicycle parking stations around the campus, which campus tenants and visitors are welcome to use.



 



## Arriving by car

From Mondays to Fridays, registered business visitors of the Novartis Campus Basel may use the visitor parking space until 7:00pm.  
When attending an evening event at the Novartis Pavillon or when visiting the Basso restaurant (Elsaesserrheinweg 101), guests can use the visitor parking space after 7:00pm.

During the weekends, Pavillon visitors and visitors of the Basso restaurant are allowed to use the visitor parking space.



 



 From France



  

Take motorway A35/E60 (direction Basel). After customs St. Louis take the first exit and turn left, and follow sign direction St. Johann. At the end of the street turn right into Schlachthofstrasse and follow signs to St. Johann/Novartis Campus. After 700 m turn right into Elsässerstrasse and follow to Voltaplatz, then turn left into Voltastrasse. After approx. 200 m turn left into Fabrikstrasse/Novartis Campus.



 

 

 



 



 From Germany



  

Take motorway A5/E35 (direction Basel). After customs take the exit to Basel-Nord/Kleinhünigen/St. Johann/Mulhouse/France, enter the tunnel and follow the signs to Basel St. Johann/ Novartis Campus.



 

 

 



 



 From Switzerland



  

Take motorway A2 (direction Basel). Exit at Basel Nord/Kleinhünigen/St. Johann/Mulhouse/France, enter the tunnel and follow the signs to Basel St. Johann/Novartis Campus.
